Sarah Wenzel and her class at Forest Home Elementary demonstrate this excellent lesson, a series of yoga poses from the YogaKids cards. Students can follow along with these poses.


Access to the Yoga Kids cards (http://www.yogakids.com) is helpful, but not necessary.


Grade level: K-5 Addresses Physical Education Standard 1: "Demonstrates competency in motor skills and movement patterns needed to perform a variety of physical activities."
