Submit at least one Lesson Plan - that meets our criteria ( see an example: as pdf-file or as Word-file ) - and receive for free the login of the database from September - August.

If you want to continue this free service, remember to renew each year on September your subscription (as we renew the login of the database)and to submit us at least one P.E. Lesson plan( see example ).

Fill hereunder ALL the needed information and upload only 1 P.E. or Health lesson plan ( no more than one lesson plan - documents must be written in English ). Afterwards click onto button "Submit". Forms who are not correctly filled in, will be rejected. Only after approval of your lesson plan - by our Database Commission - you'll get the login of the database and instructions via e-mail.
