The Big Names that Played for the Kansas City Royals

Every baseball team in America has quite a number of notable players on its roster, both in the past and present. The Kansas City baseball team is no exception. Two of the most notable personalities who made it to the Baseball Hall of Fame from the Kansas City Royals are third baseman George Brett who stayed with the Kansas City Royals from 1973 up to 1993, and the team's radio commentator Denny Matthews who joined the ball club in 1969. Matthews is still commentating for the Royals now.
